1st SDL Mechabellum Tournament

Hello Everyone and Welcome to the first SDL Mechabellum Tournament

Date: 10th of June 3pm CEST

Format: Single Elimination

Sign up Closes on the 8th of June 10pm CEST

Maximum Sign ups: 32, Further Sign ups will be put on the Reserve list

Minimum Combat Power to Sign up: 1000

Rules:

The Tournament will be played in a Standard Single Elimination format, Players will be Seeded Randomly

The Ro32, Ro16 and** Ro8** will be Best of 1 Matches, whilst the Semifinals and Finals will be Best of 3 Matches.

Match set up:

The upper player in the Bracket hosts the Lobby

Spectator Allowed: On

Spectator Delay: On

Spectator Chat Visible: Off

Result Submission:

The Winner has to submit the replay + Screenshot of the Result screen into the #mechabellum-results channel on the SDL Discord.

Schedule:

Ro32: 3pm CEST

Ro16: 4pm CEST

Ro8: 5pm CEST

Semis: 6pm CEST

Finals: 7:30 CEST

Players who show up more then 10 minutes late to a round automatically gain a Match loss.

Use the #mechabellum-tourney channel to set up your matches. Match ups will be posted there for each round too.

Further Rules:

Players have to use the Name they signed up with in Games played in the Tournament. 

Participants must not engage in harassment or hate speech in any form (messages, usernames etc.). This includes, but is not limited to: Hate speech, offensive behavior, or verbal abuse related to sex, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, or religion. 

Stalking or intimidation (physically or online). 

Spamming, raiding, hijacking, or inciting disruption of streams or social media. 

Posting or threatening to post other people’s personally identifying information (“doxing”). 

Unwelcome sexual attention. This includes, unwelcome sexualized comments, jokes, and sexual advances. 

Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior. 

Players dropping out without a valid reason, cheating or offending their opponents and other players might be expelled from this and future SD League Tournaments!
